This is one of the most popular trekking destinations in Nepal. Sagarrmatha national park itself was UNESCO listed as a world heritage site in 1979 for its unique natural diversity, traditional Sherpa cultures and beautiful landscape as well as spectacular scenery of the world’s highest mountains. This trek offers a close up view of Mt. Everest rising behind Lhotse and Nuptse and many more from the Everest View Hotel, the famous Buddhist monastery of Tengboche, where you can also see a Skull of a Yeti. You also encounter the typical and fascinating villages of the Sherpas, lovely Rhododendron forests and a rich diversity of the culture.
Day 01 : Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02 : Kathmandu to Lukla (2,840m)by flight trek to phakding(2,610m), 3 hours.
Day 03 : Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding(2,640m)
Day 04 : Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar 3,440m, 5 hours
Day 05 : Acclimitization day at Namche Bazaar
Day 06 : Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche(3,860m), 5 hours.
Day 07 : Trek from Tengboche to Khumjung (3,780m), 5 hours.
Day 08 : Trek from Khumjung to Monjo (2,835m) 5 hours.
Day 09 : Trek from Monjo to Lukla (2,840m), 4 hours.
Day 10 : Early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu Transfer to hotel.
Day 11 : Final departure, transfer to International Airport.
